  1. Season the prawns with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a HexClad 30 CM Hybrid Pan over medium heat. Working in two batches, add the prawns and cook, turning halfway through, until pink, about 90 seconds per side. Remove prawns to a plate.
  2. Add the garlic to the pan and continue to cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Return prawns to skillet. Sprinkle in the paprika and chilli and cook, stirring, for 1 minute more. Add the lemon zest and juice and 1 tablespoon of the parsley and stir to combine.
  3. Remove pan from the heat and transfer prawns to a serving platter. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
