Using our Hybrid tech, we’ve developed a new sort of pizza steel: Ours gives you that crispy crust you love (like cast iron) without the endless warm-up time so many baking steels and stones require. Easy to maneuver, our Hybrid steel boasts an aluminum core for fast and even heating. Oven-safe to an incredible 482ºC, you can even throw it on the grill. And it’s just over 2 kilograms – lighter than that bag of flour you just bought. This is like no other pizza steel you’ve seen.

How it works:
HEXAGONAL STEEL PEAKS
A laser-etched, stainless-steel hexagonal design forms a network of ridges that boost searing power.

NONSTICK VALLEYS
Protected between the hexagonal steel peaks are nonstick valleys containing our proprietary TerraBond™ ceramic nonstick coating, which is free from PTFE and forever chemicals, making cleanup a breeze.

Our patented HexClad Hybrid pizza steel is oven-safe to 900ºF making it also safe to use on the BBQ. It’s also metal-utensil and dishwasher safe. However, DO NOT PREHEAT your pizza steel before placing raw dough or a frozen pizza on it. DO NOT USE sharp utensils like pizza cutters or knives to cut food on your pizza steel. Your pizza steel is NOT FOR STOVE TOP USE.

Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time. This is normal wear and tear which should not affect performance and is not covered by our lifetime warranty.
