Features two sides: one for carving and one for cutting.
The carving side has engraved hexagons and trenches to keep meat from sliding around in juices.
The cutting side is perfectly smooth for even, consistent cuts and chops.
A removable stainless steel tray collects the juices and scraps making it easy to add them to a gravy or stock.
Made of beechwood, which is easier on your knives.
